OK, so I didn’t think I’d be posting another one so soon, I get the feeling these could pile up quickly. Anyhow just a few minutes after publishing my previous post, I ran into a great posting from one of my colleagues at Catapult Systems which I think definitely fits in this Office 2010 Cool Feature category, check it out:
I’ve been playing around with Office 2010 for some time now, and I must say that I am very pleased with many of the improvements they’ve made, many of which have become second nature to work with. So much that I often find myself disoriented when having to work off of Office 2007 on my other laptop.
So, I’ve decided to work on a new series of short blog postings to share some of these new features as I run into them.
For instance, when you receive a meeting request in Outlook 2010 it now shows you a preview of your calendar embedded in the email. OK, so maybe I’m too easily amused… but I’m many others like me will appreciate it. Here is a screenshot:
