For e...I prefer the term "Separation of Concerns". For example, as an app developer I don't want to be concerned about Alternate Access Mapping, I just want it to work. As a system admin, I don't want to be concerned about customer support, I just want it to be handled.<br /><br />Each of us only has so many hours in the day, only so many neurons.
